We would not like to see you go. But we certainly respect your decision to cancel your subscription. So here is how you can do this yourself in your account.
- Once you log in to your account page, select “My Subscription.”
- Click “View”.
- Cancel your subscription here in this section
One more thing to note. If you are cancelling because you are not happy with your results, you may wish to get an in-person consultation with our board certified dermatologist to see if there could be an underlying health condition at work and if a different approach is called for. It is free to fill out our online consultation form and also to receive a response from our office, at no cost to you.
