Every FineTouch Laboratory purchase includes a 30 Day Complete Satisfaction Guarantee. Please contact customercare@ugro.com for directions on how to return products. Refunds require return of product(s) less a 10% return processing fee per combo. Return shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer. The condition of the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging
